1. No purchase necessary; sponsor

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE ELIGIBLE STATES LISTED IN SECTION 2. VOID IN ALL OTHER STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

The Free 90-Day Scale Plan Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Davis Legacy Consulting LLC, doing business as Blue Collar Owner, 90 West Madison, E119, Belgrade, MT 59714 ("Sponsor").

The Giveaway is a skill-based contest. The winner is chosen by judging the applications as described in Section 5, not by chance. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:

  • Are legal residents of one of the following states (the "Eligible States"): Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Texas. Residents of all other states and the District of Columbia are not eligible;
  • Are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live;
  • Own at least 20% of an active roofing company operating in one or more Eligible States (the "Company"), and are authorized to enter on the Company's behalf;
  • Represent a Company that generated at least $1,000,000 in gross revenue in the 12 months before entry; and
  • Represent a Company with at least 3 employees.

Not eligible: employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates; Kevin Davis and Victor Garcia; the immediate family and household members of each; and current paying clients of Sponsor.

One entry per Company. If more than one entry is received for the same Company, only the first complete entry counts.

Sponsor may verify eligibility at any time, including by asking for reasonable proof of revenue, ownership, and employee count, such as tax returns, profit and loss statements, or payroll records. Anyone who cannot verify eligibility, or who gave false information, will be disqualified.

3. Entry period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Monday, October 19, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on Sunday, November 15, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period ends will not be accepted. Sponsor's computer is the official clock for the Giveaway.

4. How to enter

To enter, visit bluecollarowner.com/scale-plan-giveaway during the Entry Period, complete every required question on the application, agree to these Official Rules, and submit it.

Required contact information and Giveaway communications. To enter, you must provide a valid mobile phone number and a valid email address, and agree to receive emails about the Giveaway, including winner notification. Agreeing to receive texts about the Giveaway is optional and is not required to enter or win. Sponsor may verify your mobile number with a one-time confirmation code.

You may revoke consent to receive texts at any time by replying STOP or by contacting Sponsor, and Sponsor will honor opt-outs as required by law. If you opt out of texts, Sponsor will contact you about the Giveaway by email, and you remain responsible for responding to notification attempts within the deadlines in Section 6.

Entries that are incomplete, late, illegible, or submitted by automated means are void. All information must be truthful and must be the entrant's own. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned, except by the automatic confirmation shown after submitting.

Sponsor may use application responses in aggregated, de-identified form to improve its services and marketing. Sponsor will not publish an entrant's name, Company name, or business information without permission, except for the winner as described in Section 9.

5. Judging and winner selection

A panel of Sponsor's representatives, including Kevin Davis and Victor Garcia, will score every eligible entry using these criteria:

Criterion What judges look at Weight
Biggest opportunity for improvement How large and fixable the gaps are in the entrant's lead volume, close rate, estimate process, lead sources, and pricing 25%
Strongest commitment Answers to why the Company should be picked, why the owner wants to scale, and what they would fix first 25%
Best fit for the 90-day program Company size and structure, revenue goal, and readiness to start December 1, 2026 25%
Greatest potential to benefit How likely the Company is to put the plan to work and see results, based on its team, resources, and current systems 25%

In a tie, the entry with the higher score for opportunity for improvement wins. If still tied, the higher score for commitment and coachability wins. Sponsor may interview top-scoring entrants by phone or video before choosing the winner.

One (1) winner will be selected, as long as at least one eligible entry is received. The chance of winning depends on the number and quality of eligible entries. If the potential winner is disqualified or forfeits the prize, Sponsor may award it to the next-highest-scoring eligible entrant.

6. Winner notification, verification, and announcement

Sponsor will not contact any entrant about the result before the announcement. The selected potential winner will be announced live on a webinar on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time, and may also be announced on Sponsor's website and social media. All entrants will receive a link to the webinar. Attending the webinar is not required to win.

Immediately after the announcement, Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by phone, text, and email. The potential winner must accept the prize within 24 hours of Sponsor's first notification attempt. Within 48 hours of accepting, they must sign and return:

  • An Affidavit of Eligibility;
  • A Liability Release; and
  • A Publicity and Filming Release (see Section 9).

If the potential winner does not respond, does not return these documents on time, or is found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and may go to an alternate (Section 5). No one is the winner until verification is complete.

7. Prize and approximate retail value

Prize recipient. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded exclusively to the eligible individual selected as the winner, not to the winner's Company.

The prize consists of the winning individual's nontransferable right to receive the coaching, consulting, and implementation services described in these Official Rules for the benefit of the qualifying roofing Company identified in their winning application. Services will be delivered from December 1, 2026, through approximately March 1, 2027. The prize cannot be assigned, transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

The prize includes:

Prize component Approximate retail value
Offer & Profit Maximizer Game Plan $5,200
Lead Generation Review & Game Plan $5,200
Sales Process Review & Game Plan $5,200
Speed-to-Lead AI System (done for you) $9,800
Automated 5-Star Review System (done for you) $3,800
Pre-Estimate Video Sales Funnel (done for you) $10,500
WhatsApp access for weekly scorecard check-ins and questions $4,000
Six one-on-one strategy sessions, every other week $6,000
Total $49,700

The approximate retail value is Sponsor's good-faith estimate of what each component would cost if bought separately. The actual value may differ.

What each component includes:

  • Speed-to-Lead AI System: setup and configuration of the system on Sponsor's GoHighLevel account; integration with the Company's lead sources; automated text and email follow-up workflows and their copy; testing and launch; and maintenance and support during the program. The software is licensed to the winner, not owned (see Section 8).
  • Automated 5-Star Review System: setup of automated text requests on Sponsor's GoHighLevel account, sent after each completed job. Every customer receives a link to leave a Google review, regardless of their rating, and any rating of 3 stars or lower also sends an alert to the Company's management. The software is licensed to the winner, not owned (see Section 8).
  • Pre-Estimate Video Sales Funnel: one video, scripted with the winner, filmed by the winner, and edited by Sponsor; one funnel page and delivery sequence; and 3 rounds of revisions. The winner keeps the funnel and its videos after the program (see Section 8).
  • Game plans (Offer & Profit, Lead Generation, Sales Process): written plans delivered at the kickoff session.
  • Strategy sessions: six video sessions of about 60 minutes each, held every other week.
  • WhatsApp access: weekly scorecard check-ins and questions during the program, answered within 24 business hours.

Speed-to-Lead AI System and Automated 5-Star Review System service. Sponsor covers the monthly service fee for both systems for the first 90 days after they go live. After that, the winner may keep both systems for a combined $297 per month or cancel at any time, with no minimum commitment. Keeping the service is optional and is not required to receive any other part of the prize.

Messaging and email usage costs paid by the winner. The Speed-to-Lead AI System and the Automated 5-Star Review System send texts and emails through GoHighLevel's LC Phone (built on Twilio) and LC Email. Sponsor provides the software account, but the winner pays the usage-based costs of the texts and emails both systems send and receive, from the time the systems go live, including the one-time texting registration and phone number costs. Based on published rates as of October 13, 2026, these are estimated at:

  • One-time US texting registration: about $24.50 to $71.91, depending on the registration type;
  • Texts: about $0.011 to $0.013 per 160-character segment, including carrier fees (for example, about $66 to $78 for 6,000 segments in a month);
  • Phone number: about $1.15 per month;
  • Texting campaign fee: about $1.50 to $10 per month; and
  • Email: about $0.68 per 1,000 emails.

Actual costs depend on volume and on rate changes by GoHighLevel and phone carriers.

Not included: advertising spend; the text and email usage costs described above; other third-party software, subscriptions, and hosting; hardware; travel; work done by the winner's own team; and any guarantee of revenue or results.

8. Prize conditions

  • No transfer or cash. The prize cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a component of equal or greater value if one becomes unavailable.
  • Remote delivery. The prize is delivered by video call, phone, and WhatsApp.
  • Participation required. The winner must complete Sponsor's intake assessment within 72 hours of receiving it, attend scheduled sessions, and provide the information and account access reasonably needed to deliver the prize.
  • Missed sessions. A session missed without 24 hours' notice may be forfeited. If the winner stops participating for 14 consecutive days, Sponsor may end the rest of the prize with no further obligation.
  • Ownership and licensing. The winner keeps the Pre-Estimate Video Sales Funnel, including its video, no matter what, whether or not they keep the monthly service. Sponsor will transfer the funnel to the Company's own account or provide the files. The winner also keeps the written game plans for the Company's own use. Sponsor owns the Speed-to-Lead AI System and the Automated 5-Star Review System, and all of their automations, workflows, and copy, along with Sponsor's templates and methods. The winner never owns either system; the Company may use them while the service is active, which is free for the covered period described in Section 7 and $297 per month combined after that. If the service is canceled, access to both systems ends.
  • No guaranteed results. Results depend on many factors, including the winner's own implementation. Sponsor does not guarantee any increase in revenue or profit.
  • Not professional advice. Nothing in the prize is legal, tax, or accounting advice.

9. Filming, publicity, and likeness

Mandatory filming and case study participation. As a condition of accepting the Grand Prize, the selected winner must agree to participate in the documentation and filming of the 90-Day Scale Plan program. This includes recording the kickoff session, strategy sessions, scheduled progress updates, and a final results interview.

The winner must execute a separate Publicity and Filming Release authorizing Blue Collar Owner to use their name, likeness, voice, recorded statements, and footage for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes.

Participation in filming does not require the winner to provide a positive testimonial, endorse Sponsor's services, or make statements that do not accurately reflect their experience.

If a potential winner declines the disclosed filming requirements or does not execute the required release, Sponsor may select the next-highest-scoring eligible entrant, subject to applicable law.

The winner may ask in writing, before filming begins, that specific financial figures be shown as percentages instead of dollar amounts.

10. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. The prize is awarded to the winner as an individual, not to the Company.

11. Communications, other offers, and privacy

Information collected through the Giveaway is handled under Sponsor's Privacy Policy at bluecollarowner.com/privacy. Sponsor uses it to run the Giveaway and to contact entrants about it.

Giveaway communications are covered in Section 4. Separately, entrants who check the optional marketing box agree to receive calls, texts, and emails from Blue Collar Owner about future offers. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive marketing messages is not required to enter or win.

Offers to non-winners. After the winner has been selected and announced, Sponsor may separately offer certain non-winning applicants an opportunity to purchase Sponsor's services at a discounted price. Such offers are commercial promotions, not contest prizes, awards, or indications of winner status.

No applicant is required to purchase any product or service to enter or win the Giveaway. Purchasing any service will not influence the judging process, winner selection, or eligibility.

Promotional communications will be sent only as permitted by applicable law and entrants' communication preferences.

12. General conditions

Changes and cancellation. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway for any reason, to the extent permitted by law. If the Giveaway is canceled after the Entry Period begins, Sponsor will award the prize from among the eligible entries received before cancellation, unless prohibited by law.

Disqualification. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, gives false information, or violates these Official Rules.

Release and limitation of liability. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, Kevin Davis, Victor Garcia, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from the Giveaway, the prize, or its use, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical problems of any kind.

Governing law and dispute resolution. Except where prohibited by applicable law, these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway, these Official Rules, or the Grand Prize shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), under the arbitration rules applicable to the dispute. The legal seat of arbitration shall be Gallatin County, Montana. Hearings may be conducted remotely where permitted by applicable law and arbitration rules.

To the extent permitted by law, all disputes shall be resolved individually and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. Arbitration costs and fees shall be allocated in accordance with applicable law and the governing AAA rules. Nothing in this section waives any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Severability. If any part of these Official Rules is found invalid, the rest stays in effect.
