This policy explains what information Davis Legacy Consulting LLC, doing business as Blue Collar Owner ("we," "us"), collects through bluecollarowner.com and our forms, texts, emails, and calls, and how we use it.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, phone number, email, company name, website, city and state, and your answers to application questions, such as revenue range, number of employees, leads, close rate, and goals.
• What we collect automatically: pages you visit, the ad or link that brought you here, device and browser type, and IP address. We collect this through cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and our website and video platforms.
• What you share later: if you win or become a client, the business information and account access needed to deliver the program.

How we use it

• To review applications and run the 90-Day Scale Plan Giveaway.
• To contact you about your application, the winner webinar, and our programs by phone, text, and email.
• To deliver services to winners and clients.
• To measure and improve our ads and website, including showing our ads to people who visited our site.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

Text messages

If you opt in, we send texts about the Giveaway, the winner webinar, and our programs. How often we text varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting in to texts is not required to enter the Giveaway or buy anything.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run our business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, website and video hosts, email providers, and payment processors. They may use it only to provide services to us.
• Advertising platforms such as Meta, through the Meta Pixel, to measure and target our ads. This doesn't include your phone number or texting consent.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
• A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or restructured.

Cookies and ad choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can control ads you see on Facebook and Instagram in your Meta ad preferences. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

How long we keep it

We keep application and contact information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus the time needed for taxes, accounting, and legal claims.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing emails and calls. Email [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days. Some information we may need to keep for legal reasons.

Children

Our site and programs are for business owners 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
